You can not do well in the dirt in a circuit racer in The Crew. Physics - whils at the basic level FH2 destroys The Crews handling model there is an element The Crew does better. The Crew turns into a tedious, what were the devs thinking grind. Which game wins? FH2 due to the number oif cars but neither unless it adds to the game.Ĭontent - volume The Crew wins. Remove that and you get a lower car count in the games. You get what you pay for and Forza games have a few to many hindred cars in each game because of their approach to dlc. It matters not though because the costs to create it are still incurred by the developer and if they have the need to spread the costs over a higher revenue base then it needs to be paid for or sacrificed. Remove dlc and you get less content, it will not be added to the disc version. In my opinion FH2 nearly has the balance right as I still am saving for my last car.ĭLC - many gamers do not understand the business reality here. Firstly you can find the hidden cars in The Crew which helps. Progression system - personal preference. Map - in the main I agree but there are still imovable, solid obstacles in the way. I am used to it now but yeh it is pretty poor. Graphics - The Crew shocked me when I first played it with how bad it is. OP I agree with a fair bit of what you say but will add some more items. What game do you guys prefer? And for what reasons? I like having a lot of cars, weather, getting cars more easily, good AI, non-cliche characters, and I don't mind great graphics! It will, with it's almost endless things to do in it.įorza Horizon 2. just race to the top and not kill Ben and Ashely. TC's is SO cliche, and FH2 doesn't really have one. TC's police chase intro is cool, but not as cool as FH2 to me. Has the festival feel (yet doesn't overpower you like in H1), has the cars, and gets you ready to drive. Singlehandedly the best intro in a racing game. After you finish all that.įorza Horizon 2. It has SO many things to do, while FH2 has you stuck doing road trips and bucket lists. Forza has drivatars which sometimes wreck you, but are much better than the rubber banding AI in TC.

But after looking at the DLC PGG has released and looking at the DLC IT will be offering, Forza's is much better.įorza Horizon 2.
THE CREW 2 VS FORZA HORIZON 4 FULL
Well not nessicarily that, but making up cars PRE launch and making us pay for it?! Why? Are you that desperate? GIVE US THE FULL GAME! RS does it right and makes it free, and they develop it after launch! Link to someone stating my EXACT thoughts. Personally, I HATE DLC and think games should stop doing it. It has a very diverse 200+ car list from JDM classics, to Hypercars, to SUVs, to much more.

TC has a bunch of cities and landmarks of the USA, and Forza just has a sort-of replica of each city that stereotypes it.įor me, I personally don't like either one! FH2 gives you a Ferrari in the first hour (with WAY more free cars to come), and TC makes you crawl on your hands and knees and beg to get a car!įorza Horizon 2. Horizon 2's is even smaller than the first (with more drivable area), while TC has a map that takes 90+ minutes to cross, and not a lot of borders, unlike H2, which still has a good amount, when you think of it. While TC's don't look horrible, it is definanty not comparable to H2, which in some shots looks like a real life photo!. Fanboys of each game can click off right now.įorza Horizon 2.

I will taking a category and talking about each, and which one gets it. A lot of people are always wanting a comparison, so after release, here are my thoughts.
